Attended for the no power emergency service call, and found act of vandalism, some one cut the mains and left it live at the back of the meter panel.
Our client called us at 8pm for the power loss. The fuse cartridge burnt from overheating. The reason for the fault is a manufacturing defect. The defect is over strained cables at the back of the fuse socket that loosened the contact. Eugene has got the power back in one hour.
